Thanks to the generous support of the Department of Communities, we lit up Youth Week with a glowing disco that brought fun, creativity, and connection to life.
Our talented Art Group set the scene with incredible glow-in-the-dark artwork, transforming the space into a vibrant, colourful celebration. Their creations—ranging from logo designs to paintings—showcased the many forms of self-expression that young disabled people bring to our community. Add in bright bracelets, rings, necklaces, and headgear, and the room truly came alive.
The night was filled with dancing, catching up with friends, and plenty of delicious treats. As the week drew to a close, young people came together for the “Enjoy Your Youth” dance—an uplifting celebration that reminded us how much joy comes from connection, creativity, and being truly seen.
